Large room with a beautiful interior. Had wonderful location to all the happening events, not too far from Uruguay Street. So close to the Hilton on Balboa and here, and banks:)))

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Panama City. The hotel was spotless, staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, really close to the financial center, the Hilton on Balboa and several restaurants around. It also was to that area along the water. My room facing the sea was big and updated. The atmosphere created was comfortable.

Liked our stay here and would stay here again. First-rate hotel, it has spectacular views and decent location later on when we went for breakfast the restaurant did give us a discounted honors rate off the buffet which was a nice surprise. The room is a nice size and spotless with an amazing bed and pillows.

Well-appointed and brand-new room with large bathroom and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Breakfast with well-prepared foods, made to order omelets and also omelets. Early check-in, very efficient employees.

Had such wonderful stay for Business Trip, the staff were knowledgeable, location was magnificent in restaurants 3 times a day. The breakfast was reasonably good and fantastic for a hotel of this rating with made to order omelets and well-prepared foods, as example. The room was reasonably large with the large soaking tub and terrace, as example, truly enjoyed our time there.

Fancy and clean place, exceptional view of the sea views. A lot of cereal and yogurt available in the pool area for breakfast. Spotless, new-fashioned rooms and spacious bathrooms. Amazing, favourable location in the great area.

Thank you for a really great stay, we would love to go back. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with the terrace as well as king size bed. The pool area serves cereals and yogurt in the morning. It has a combination of an excellent service and a COMFORTABLE ambience. They have karaoke bar, free parking and heated pool.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was fantastic short walk to the airport, and very close to the Panama Canal. Highly courteous and knowledgeable staff, excellent service. Deluxe king room with air freshener. A huge variety of food at the breakfast, including cereal and yogurt.

The hotel has a wonderful location, later on when we went for breakfast the restaurant did give us a discounted honors rate off the buffet which was a nice surprise. Offers large rooms with beautiful design. The staff in general is very attentive and highly courteous.

This hotel is situated in a very safe neighborhood with several restaurants nearby. The Brio restaurant upstairs offers a great dining experience, and the central location allows you to easily explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast at Matiz is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area overlooking the city is a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

The room service options can be limited, and improvements could be made in terms of spa treatments and the size of the pool area.
